Kung Pao: Enter the Food
Tonight we had a great dinner party at the apartment, and since we were blessed with a non-picky vegetarian, I decided to try out this awesome Kung Pao recipe. I’ve really been on an Asian cooking kick, and this was the first dish where I’ve successful gottenĀ that glaze-like restaurant style sauce down. This one’s a keeper. General Tso's Chicken
This one’s a little more complicated, but they payoff is some pretty damn awesome Chinese. It’s pretty cool to experience what General’s chicken is like sans-MSG, grease, dog meat or whatever else they put in it at your local takeout joint.
